RCC Ride The Bypass Fondo

Regina Cycle Club has arranged special access to a section of the newly constructed Regina Bypass before it opens to traffic. Join us for a special day of riding which promises no traffic and perfect tarmac!

RCC’s Bypass TNR night.

Format: We will have access from HWY 33 to HWY 6 along this approximate route:, which is a ~20km round trip. Riders can do as many laps as they want! Do 20, 40, 60… all the way up to an imperial century: 160km! Note that we may potentially get access to a larger section but this will depend on progress so the route will be confirmed closer to the date.

Refueling Station: The start/finish area near the HWY 33 side will be stocked with water, gels and some other snacks so that riders can refresh after each lap. There will also be a porta-potty near the start-finish.

Register: We are asking for a nominal $20 fee to cover the costs of running this event. Please register here: Please sign up early so we can actually buy an appropriate amount of drinks & snacks – thanks!

Parking:The start of this event is very close to the southeast edge of town and riders are encouraged to ride to the start. Those of you coming from further away have two options for nearby parking: (a) Save-on Foods just north of Chuka and Arcola or (b) or just off the service road here:’41.3%22N+104%C2%B030’12.7%22W/@50.4114684,-104.505725,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x0:0x0!7e2!8m2!3d50.4114647!4d-104.5035307 Either way, use caution when riding from your vehicle out to the start location.
