ELECTIONS: Our AGM will be held on November 26, 2026. Members are welcome to nominate themselves or others via email to president@reginacycleclub.ca. The club is also looking for a volunteer Electoral Officer to run the club business during the elections. 

The Executive Positions are:

• Treasurer

• VP, Cyclocross

• VP, Gravel

• VP, Recreational Road

• VP, Road

• VP, Women

• VP, Virtual

• VP, Youth

Position information:

The President is a voting member of the Executive Committee, and is chief operating officer of the Club with the power to initiate and direct Club policy subject to the approval of the Executive. They chair the Executive and general membership meetings, or in the case of general meetings, may designate another member to chair the meeting on their behalf.They provide the Club with leadership and guidance in accordance with the purpose of the Club.

The Treasurer is a voting member of the Executive Committee. They are responsible for keeping a record of all financial transactions. They pay approved bills for which there is a receipt and report on the Club's financial status. They maintain the Club's bank account(s) and file the appropriate reports. The Treasurer acts as signing authority on the Club accounts.

The VP positions are voting members of the Executive Committee. They are responsible for arranging rides, and may substitue for the President in their absence. The should enable each rider to conforms to cycling rules and etiquette.

Election Process:

Prospective executive officers will be given time to outline why they would like to hold the position at the AGM. Only those individuals who hold current membership in the Club shall be eligible for nomination and election. A member who wishes to run for an Executive position but is unable to attend the AGM may be nominated in absentia. The member should provide in writing an outline of why they would like to become an Officer of the club to the president's email address.

RCC receives Membership Assistance Program (MAP) support. MAP received from the Sask Lotteries Trust Fund is derived from the proceeds of the sale of lottery tickets in Saskatchewan.
