RCC wants to have as many women racing under our flag in as many categories as possible!
Open to all women in the club, the Women’s Race Team is a group of ladies who support each other and race and ride together.
We get some friendly riding and tactical practice in on Thursdays, practice racing on Tuesdays and race as a team at Sask Cups.
RCC even has a separate Women’s City Championship, so come on out and become part of RCC History!
Gravel grinding is a great adventure. Our group rides are no-drop and our feature races have separate women’s categories for all distances. Come for the race, or ride just to finish – we want to see you out either way!
Our race team is largest when cyclocross season hits. Cyclocross is a great way to get into off-road riding and to stretch the cycling season into fall. Short courses and lots of camaraderie… race the clock or your friends and improve your bike handling skills!
Come on out and make some new friends!
Women in Cycling Initiative
RCC is participating in the SCA’s Women in Cycling initiative. A number of our members attended the ABA-SCA Women’s Conference that occurred in November 2019, and both our Treasurer, Nicole DeBond and Secretary, Adele Grundahl are members of the Women’s Task Force.
We want to hear from you! Let us know what you think of our programming. We’re always open to suggestions.
